Dwayne Epperson started his career with Legend Management Group in 1989 as a Maintenance Assistant at The Elms at Oakton and has held a number of positions including Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Trainer, Regional Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Operations and Quality Control, and now Director of Maintenance and Project Management. He is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the communities at all times. It is his duty to anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems.   Dwayne also works on overseeing new construction for the Legend portfolio. He is a member of the Property Management Association.
