Megan Adams began her career in property management with Legend Management Group after graduating from the University of Maryland.  As a result of her hard work, enthusiasm and passion for marketing, she has risen from Administrative Assistant to Director of Marketing during her tenure with Legend Management Group.  She is responsible for the marketing and advertising efforts of over 4,000 units in Maryland and Virginia.   Throughout her 14-year career, she has worked with both suburban and urban assets, including new construction, lease-ups and acquisitions. Megan has facilitated brainstorming sessions at the Multifamily Housing Conference, spoken at national conferences and is an active member of the Property Management Association.
