Neyda Urias joined Legend Management Group in 2018 as the Talent Acquisition Manager responsible to attract, recruit and hire top talent desiring in becoming #Legendary team members. She brings over 8 years of corporate, residential and hospitality recruiting experience. Her life as a recruiter includes attending/facilitating meetings, conducting outreach, networking, attending/hosting career fairs, conducting interviews, onboarding, social media and much more.
Neyda started her career as a Recruiting Assistant at Southern Management Corporation where she developed her recruitment experience. Before joining Legend, she was the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Southern’s Hotel Division. She led recruitment of 150 jobs for a new opening hotel, being one of her greatest accomplishments in her career. She earned her SHRM-CP certification, a credential through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) that recognizes her as an expert and leader in the HR field. She currently attends UMUC to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
